Terms & Conditions for Luna Private Server

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Luna, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this server.

2. Donations By making a donation to support Luna:

   • You understand and agree that all donations are final and non-refundable.
   • There is no cancellation policy for donations.
   • Donations may grant you in-game items, special donator ranks, or other advantages. All of these are virtual goods with no real-world value and are specified during the donation process.
   • These virtual goods do not represent any real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other tangible items.

3. No Refunds or Chargebacks Under no circumstances will refunds, chargebacks, or returns be granted. Any attempts to initiate a chargeback or dispute will be contested.

4. Ownership All in-game items, characters, and assets remain the property of Luna. Players have no ownership rights to any content or assets associated with the server.

5. Modifications to Terms Luna reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. By using this server, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Luna or its affiliates be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the server.

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luna and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from your use of the server.
