Fixed Lizardmen shamans in the dungeon & stone chest that comes with it

Stone Chest
The stone chest has a 1/100 chance for a Med clue.
It has the necklace to teleport around Arceuus for skillers to be able to obtain it.
Added dark fishing bait and alot of seeds, tips to it all from OSRS wiki

Ape Atoll

Ape Atoll Dungeon with all the monkeys for some great magic training is now added.

Double Drops Scroll
A big one for the players! With this scroll you get 30 minutes of double drops.
Available in donator & Vote store.

Otto & Elite Void
You can now also get a hasta with a spear and 300k from Otto and Elite Void with robe top + bottom + 500 void points
for elite void.

You can now trade Wyson the gardener in Falador with Mole Claws & Skin for several bird nests.
Added more dark fishing bait to vyre pickpocket
Barrier at Phort Phasmytas is now fixed. You can enter the area!
Pest Control boats now have a increased delay before starting the next round so players can get in easier.
Added double drops scroll to donator and vote store.
Added Ghrazi rapier TEMPORARY to donor store.
Changed loot of alot of NPCs, think about dagannoth rings DWH from 5.4k to 5k etc all a bit more OSRS
