Staff Experience: I held a support/mod ranks in Soulsplit (support) 1.5 years, Ikov (support/mod) 1 year and Zaros (support/mod) almost a year. Rs/Rsps Experience: I have played runescape off and on since 2002. I have a ton of game knowledge when it comes to most aspects of runescape. I have dabbled in RSPSs since around 2009. Goals: I would just like to be a helpful and respected part of this community. Weaknesses: I do have real life priorities that I have to give time to and might not always have spare time to play/join support meetings. Someone in the Help chat is really annoying, he keeps on asking the same questions and when people tell him to stop he gets aggressive and toxic, how do you handle this situation?: I would attempt to give them the solution to their problem in the simplest way I could. I would advise against being toxic/aggressive in chat in the future. You see a staff member abusing his powers, what do you do and why?: I would report the situation to someone that is of a higher ranking than myself. A player is asking you for free stuff, what is your response?: I am not opposed to helping a player with certain things depending on the situation, but would try my best to pass on knowledge that would allow them to gain resources/items/gp in an efficient way. If a player harasses another player, what punishment should they receive? My first steps would be starting a dialog with the person doing the harassing as an attempt to resolve the issue along with gathering both sides of the story. I would explain to them the penalties for harassing players. If the issue persisted I would start with muting the player doing the harassing and reporting the situation to a higher rank than myself. Will you follow the rules when you punish a player? I am already a pretty straight arrow when it comes to rule following and I don't see that changing due to a status.

Which role would you like: Server Support Why Should I Receive This Position: Randomly found the server when rs nostalgia hit me, checked it out and have stayed ever since. When I start caring about something I'd want it watch it grow and as such, I'd contribute to it any way I can. I'm applying to assist anyone in need of help and try to create a positive experience for them as much as possible in their time in Luna. Staff Experience: Nada. I don't have any experience as a staff for a rsps but I'm a mod for a discord partnered server. I'll learn as I go along trying to break into the new role. I have some experience in conflict resolution as I am currently a senior manager of data management and I was a Lieutenant when I was serving the nation. Rs/Rsps Experience: I've played rs on and off since 2007, not seriously as I don't own a max account, but whatever knowledge I've learned I give back to the community. Goals: I believe any and all kinds of experience contributes to growth and may help in the future. For the server, I'd like to watch it grow into a successful rsps and if my small contributions helped along the way then its all I need. Most importantly, I want this tight-knit community spirit to remain. Weaknesses: My weakness is that I'm a stickler for the rules as I come from a deeply regimental background. I am working on myself to loosen up and just enjoy the company of people. Once that is out of the way, I'll start de-escalating the situation and get everyone to move on. If anyone continues then warnings shall be given. If warnings are not enough, then I'll follow the protocols for the next steps. You see a staff member abusing his powers, what do you do and why?: I'd just document everything via screen record and present it to the owner as I am unable to do anything beyond that. A player is asking you for free stuff, what is your response?: I'd point the player in the right direction for their request. It is after all, free. Literally If a player harasses another player, what punishment should they receive? It depends on how hard the harassment was. If players are just joking around, no harm done. If being specifically targeted, then warnings while trying to de-escalate chat otherwise, escalating punishment from there. Will you follow the rules when you punish a player? Your Name: Connor Age:18 Your Location:US Average Amount Of Gameplay: 5-15h per day (not counting afk time) Which role would you like: Support Staff Why Should I Receive This Position: I consider myself well liked in the community, I am working from home so i have plenty of free time, and one of my favorite parts of this server is meeting and helping new players. Staff Experience: I have been an owner and moderator of an Overwatch Contenders team discord and have plenty of experience in the past of helping players through dozens of games over my life, at one point before they were shut down Creating or moderating some of the most popular item giveaway groups on PlayStation Groups, a few well over 5000 members. Rs/Rsps Experience: I have played the game on and off for around 3 years and I'm still getting the hang of things but I have experience from the main game, as well as three rsps. Goals: I would love to take this as an experience to gain more knowledge while helping others as well, so pretty much what I try to do now but with a shiny badge Weaknesses: I would say my biggest weakness is my in game knowledge in relation to more end game content (raids, bosses,etc.) Someone in the Help chat is really annoying, he keeps on asking the same questions and when people tell him to stop he gets aggresive and toxic, how do you handle this situation?: Of course I would answer the questions if I knew them, if not I would ask him to explain the question more thoroughly or check the related wiki articles. Finally if the situation was not resolved I would ask them to make a support ticket. You see a staff member abusing his powers, what do you do and why?: I guess I would talk with them in private first, if it was possibly abuse I would take it to the administrators. A player is asking you for free stuff, what is your response?: For me it depends. I would much rather help a player who offers to pay or doesn't specifically ask for the item for free. I will often not make newer players pay for food, potions, or specific items I see them ask for frequently. If a player harasses another player, what punishment should they receive?:Again to me this is a case-by-case basis that should be fair and equal to what a player says or does to another player. Will you follow the rules when you punish a player? of course, everyone deserves equal scrutiny as well as trust.
